As we embark on the Summer holidays and sit in traffic (during the normal work week), Blame Jim Himes. When you run a business and have to travel between clients and customers and have add an extra hour for leeway - Blame Jim Himes.
I will write more about this, but this speech I recently gave sums up Jim - No improvements for I-95 in 16 Years. Simple short-term solutions like moveable barriers will help especially in Stamford and Norwalk.
